I immediately went for the Immunity Balance formula since I am all for a strong and healthy immune system! These supplements are on the large side, but I was able to swallow them without a problem. I like that these supplements are made of whole food fermentate prebiotic and do not contain any artificial ingredients. Because they contain prebiotics, they can be taken alone or along with probiotics. **Remember that you should check with your health care provide before taking supplements.**
