This was our first time trying nitrogen-infused cold brew in a can. As soon as you open the can, you can hear the nitrogen gas escape. The nitrogen gives the coffee a frothy texture, but did you also know that nitrogen acts as a natural preservative to keep the coffee fresh? I could definitely taste the oat milk, and it adds a light creaminess to the coffee. The organic vanilla extract provides just the right amount of sweetness, with no extra sugar added.
