If you are searching for holiday gifts for someone who appreciates fine chocolate, look no further than Theo Chocolate. Theo Chocolate is the first organic, fair trade certified chocolate maker in North America. When we were planning a trip to Seattle earlier this year, I so wanted to visit their factory. Alas, we had to cancel that trip, but I am excited to have the chance to share about some of their holiday products with you.
Setting up an at-home hot cocoa bar seems to be a real trend these past couple of years. Theo makes Peppermint Drinking Hot Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallows that will surely upgrade your hot cocoa bar game.
Theo also makes individually wrapped Peppermint Cocoa Cups that are like peppermint cocoa in candy form. These chocolate cups are so rich and smooth–a real treat! They would be cute to include as a stocking stuffer.
Theo also has a line of limited edition holiday-themed chocolate bars. I think Theo Chocolate bars are the perfect gift topper. The beautiful holiday designs on the wrappers really add a “wow” factor. I also like the unique holiday flavors these bars come in:

Don’t they all sound so delicious? I was especially impressed with the Gingerbread Spice bar. Gingerbread is one of my favorite holiday flavor profiles, and combining it with Theo’s high quality chocolate is oh so good.

I would most like to try the Big Daddy 3-Piece Collection. It has marshmallow and caramel in it. It sounds really delicious. Unfortunately, it does have corn syrup which I try to avoid, but I suppose the corn syrup is used for the caramel and marshmallow.
