Shine Spray

This Shine Spray is super simple to make. Just combine vinegar with the Clean & Fresh Essential Oil Blend. It can be used to clean windows, wipe away dust, or on stainless steel. I used it on my refrigerator, and it worked great!

Grout Scrub

One of my least favorite chores is scrubbing grout. One day, I hope to eliminate as much of the grout in our home as possible. Until then, this Simply Earth grout scrub will come in handy.

This grout scrub is also super simple to make. However, because it contains vinegar, it is recommended to use it only one to times a year to avoid damaging grout.

You can definitely tell the difference after using this Grout Scrub. (The left side is the “before” and the right side is the “after”).

During this time of confinement, we are still trying to exercise and spend some time outdoors (while staying away from others, of course!) My son has been alternating between riding his bicycle and his scooter. We recently received Activ Lites to try out on his bicycle.

Activ Lites are LED lights that can be easily installed on bicycle rims. They increase visibility, which is important for safety, AND they make your bike look extra stylish!

With more time at home, our kids have been breaking out our puzzles and games to keep them busy. It is actually nice to have time to play together instead of always rushing around from activity to activity. Playing non-virtual games is also a welcome break from screen time.

Rubik’s Orbit

I have enjoyed playing with Rubik’s toys since I was a kid. The Rubik’s Orbit is a fun twist on the classic. I tried it, and I would say it is definitely challenging! It is recommended for ages 8 and up. I like these types of toys because they are designed for one person to play. It is perfect for when the kids just need some “alone” time.

Super Big Boggle

Super Big Boggle is another game that puts a spin on a classic. I remember playing the original Boggle as a child. I have always enjoyed word games, and this is a good one. I like how it has simple rules that are easy to learn. With the included four minute timer, you can play a quick round. It is recommended for ages 8 and up and can be played with 2-4 players.

If you are looking for a new reusable water bottle, the Zoku Stainless Steel Water Bottle is a reliable choice. First off, this water bottle is truly leak-proof, which cannot be said about all water bottles. I have had my share of leaking water bottles, and it is not a good situation.

This Zoku water bottle is made of double-walled, vacuum insulated heavy gauge 18/8 stainless steel. This does make the water bottle somewhat heavy for its size. However, the vacuum insulated stainless steel allows drinks to stay hot for 10-15 hours and cold for 30-70 hours! We will definitely be bringing this water bottle on our next camping trip.

My son has been using this BPA-free and phthalate-free water bottle as his school water bottle. As you can see, it fits nicely into the side pocket of his backpack. He also likes the paracord lanyard, which makes it easy to transport.
